职位介绍: Sustainability Procurement (Senior) Specialist for Sourcing Excellence Champions Team The Global Procurement Organization (GPO) is in the mid of a transformation that will change the dynamic of how GPO engages with its stakeholders. This transformation is necessary to keep up with the fast-changing environment, develop into a digital organization, meet the Board’s ambitious growth plans, and support SAP’s strategy. We are seeking a dedicated Sustainability Procurement (Senior) Specialist who will support the implementation of sustainable sourcing practices, evaluate supplier sustainability performance, and assist in driving continuous improvement across our supply chain. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our sustainability efforts and make a meaningful impact on our company's environmental and social performance. This individual will work closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to implement sustainable sourcing strategies and initiatives across APJ Region. What you'll do 1. Assist in the development and implementation of sustainability strategies and initiatives for procurement, in collaboration with internal stakeholders and suppliers for the APJ Region. 2. Conduct research and analysis on sustainable procurement practices, including environmental, social, and ethical considerations, to inform decision-making and drive innovation. 3. Support supplier sustainability assessments and audits, collecting data and evaluating supplier performance against sustainability criteria and standards. 4. Assist in the development and maintenance of supplier sustainability profiles, tracking key metrics and documentation to ensure compliance and transparency. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability criteria into procurement processes, supplier selection criteria, and contract negotiations. 6. Participate in supplier engagement activities, including meetings, workshops, and trainings, to communicate sustainability expectations and foster partnerships based on shared values. 7. Assist in monitoring and tracking key sustainability metrics related to procurement activities, analyzing data to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement. 8. Support the preparation of sustainability reports, presentations, and communications to share progress and achievements internally and externally. What you bring 1. Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Procurement, Sustainability, or a related field. An advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPSM, CSR) are preferred. 2. Proven experience (5+ years) in MNC procurement unit, with focus on supply chain management, sustainable sourcing, Netzero target or ESG topics, multiple categories experience is a plus, including but not limited to data center, facility, and marketing. 3. A strong understanding of sustainability principles, frameworks, and standards, with the ability to integrate sustainability criteria into procurement processes and supplier evaluations. 4. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to drive sustainability performance. 5. Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive change across all levels of the organization and with external suppliers. 6. Project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously. 7. Passion for sustainability and a genuine commitment to making a positive impact on the environment, society, and communities through responsible procurement practices. 8. Chinese, English and any other language spoken in APJ Region would be an advantage, German is a plus
