- BMW Financial Service now is looking for a Senior Specialist Commercial Finance Operations, this role is responsible for the daily operations for Wholesale financing, including processing repayment & disbursement, credit line related operations and dealer contract management. Also responsible for coaching business partners, while actively providing the highest quality experience to our BMW Group and Dealers through support of the BMW Twelve Basic Principles. What awaits you? -You conduct daily collection activities through dialer, CIC and company cell phone to collect outstanding amounts up to 60 days past due（depending on Collection strategy), ensuring all the actions are recorded fully and accurately. -You will conduct wholesale payment and repayment processes with business partners to ensure accurate and timely processing. Process BMW/Rolls-Royce finance request and respond to dealer daily transaction request. -You will be responsible for dealer contract management, credit line set up, cash deposit management and other related operations, follow up all credit approval conditions and manage dealer credit line after activation. -You will act as internal process, policy and system expert. Proactively propose process optimization and system enhancement. -You will be responsible for daily/monthly wholesale finance report preparation and reconciliation. Communicate with Accounting Department regarding daily funding transfer of repayment and disbursement, and cash deposit management. -You will be responsible for maintaining contact with dealerships, handle enquiries, etc. -You will support line manager to drive team projects and cooperate & communicate with other departments for any changes required. -You will provide ongoing training and guidance to junior associate and business partners. Qualifications and experience. - Bachelors degree or above - 1-3 years’ Experience in finance, banking and/or automotive customer services. Experience in AFC preferred. - Good knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint. - Mandarin and English speaker. - Accuracy, detail-oriented and ability to work under pressure. - Be able to deal with multi-tasks. - Be able to work in a team environment You have Strong communication and interpersonal skills?
