职位介绍: Our client is a Global Health and Nutrition Provider globally. Description Job summary: We are looking for a visionary and strategic CEO to join our company. You will be responsible for overseeing the overall direction, growth and performance of our company, which provides high-quality health and nutrition products and services to our customers. You will work closely with the board of directors, senior management team and external stakeholders to ensure that our company achieves its mission, vision and goals. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement long-term and short-term business strategies and plans that align with the company's mission, vision and values. - Lead and inspire the senior management team and employees to achieve operational excellence, customer satisfaction and financial success. - Establish and maintain positive relationships with key partners, investors, regulators, suppliers, customers and other stakeholders. - Monitor and evaluate the company's performance, risks, opportunities and challenges, and take corrective actions as needed. - Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, policies and ethical standards in the health and nutrition industry. - Represent the company in external events, media interviews, conferences and other for Job Offer * Good Compensation Package * Strong health benefits Profile * Bachelor's degree or higher in nutrition, food science, business administration or a related field. * Minimum of 10 years of experience in health & nutrition or food beverage industry working as senior executive role like BU Head. * A proven track record of growing a successful health and nutrition company or organization. * A strong vision and strategic thinking skills to develop and implement long-term and short-term business plans that align with the company's mission, vision and values. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including board of directors, senior management team, investors, regulators, suppliers, customers and employees. * A high level of integrity and ethical standards to ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and policies in the health and nutrition industry. * A passion for improving people's health and well-being through high-quality health and nutrition products and services.
