Job Purpose · Brand communication strategy Development, Management and execution · Marketing ANP Management Key Responsibilities Brand Communication (50%) ¨ Assist brand manager to develop brand Communication plan and creative contents for China marketing campaigns o Collaboration with Global/ local team in development of China marketing campaigns in accordance with brand strategy. o Assist brand manager to develop brand communication plan with integrated 360 communication mindset. o Create contents which is relevant to local consumers and aligned with brand strategy. Ensure all the contents could fulfill the different needs of each communication channel. o Management and adaptation for Video, Audio and Visual assets for local market from Global development o Responsible for project management and execution as project leader, including budget control, timeline management, briefing agencies, asset toolkit development and routine communication with agencies. o Timely asset toolkit sharing with cross functions as per GTM timeline to ensure brands assets to be used in proper way o Evaluate campaign result with trackable measurement and summarize learnings and opportunities for future campaign. Cross function communication & collaboration: (30%) ¨ Communication & Collaboration o Work with procurement team and legal team to ensure that all the marketing initiatives comply with company policy o Timely communication with cross functions to make sure teams will leverage brand assets and follow our brand direction o Coordinate with media team to generate relevant contents for different media channel o Co-work with social/PR team for content quality control to ensure the contents are aligned with our brand direction Brand strategy development: (10%) ¨ Marketing plan development: o Identify consumer insights, pain points and opportunities to create brand linkages, and translate those consumer insights into brand strategy development. o Assist brand manager and the functional leader to work out brand strategy and China marketing plan based on the understanding of local consumer insight and local market business. Department Administration (10%) ¨ Budget Management o Monitor and manage monthly budget spend for department to ensure spend is on target o Update any changes to the budget as the year progresses and manage spend accordingly ¨ Department Administration o Ensure that department operation from a legal and payment standpoint are executed according to guidelines and requirements Job Requirements ¨ A minimum of 6 years marketing experience in an International brand environment or ad creative agency. ¨ Strong experiences in execution and production management of 360 marketing assets (Video, Print, Digital) ¨ Experienced at briefing and managing advertising and other resource agencies. Experience of through- the- line activity planning and execution, with good exposure to digital arena. ¨ Experienced in the use of quantitative and qualitative market research and its applicability to managing brands. ¨ Experience of using key financial measures of a brand and experience of budget planning and management. ¨ Excellent planning skill and writing skill ¨ Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. ¨ Good cross- function and cross market working relationship. ¨ Excellent command of English and Chinese language essential.
