Ensuring and optimising process flows, quality and productivity for the positive further development of the division d. Supporting and pursuing the continuous improvement process 2. Planning of purchased part quantities and JIS and CKD Parts a. Ensuring the ability to deliver all purchased part quantities b. Responsibility for call-off planning, taking into account security of supply c. Creating quantity and schedule planning for series production in line with requirements d. Controlling start-up and discontinuation situations e. Ensuring security of supply while taking into account optimum stocks, minimum freight costs and ecological aspects f. Supply of empties to suppliers in line with demand, taking into account optimal costs and ecological aspects 3. Crisis management a. Escalation in the case of delivery goods and bottlenecks to avoid production disruptions or production stoppages b. Regular negotiations with suppliers and active management of supply bottlenecks 4. Optimise your own working environment a. Optimising logistics processes and implementing new logistics concepts b. Steering of departmental interests in the planning of parts volumes c. Actively contribute to the further development of the logistics performance of the scheduling department d. Process monitoring of the area of responsibility e. Implementation of the error correction process f. Participation in the development and implementation of a holistic IB supply chain strategy g. Supporting the piloting and roll-out of process innovations h. Active participation in the achievement of objectives 任职资格要求 Qualification / Requirements: 1. 国内统招大学本科及以上学历，或已取得教育部留学服务中心认证的“学历学位认证书”的本科及以上学历留学生。 Full-time domestic undergraduate degree or above, or international students with undergraduate degree or above. 2.具备2年及以上相关工作经验。 2 years or more relevant working experience. 3.国内高校毕业生大学英语四级（CET-4 425分）及以上；海外高校毕业生须达到同等水平；较好的英语或德语阅读能力，能够进行日常对话 Graduates from domestic universities with CET-4 425 or above; graduates from overseas universities must reach the same level; good reading ability in English or German and able to conduct daily conversation.
