职位介绍: Key Responsibilities and Job-Related Characteristics: * Evaluate and monitor business performance. Identify key drivers of business including trends and dynamics via industrial expertise and strong business insights. * As core member for annual budget and rolling forecast preparation, simulate P&L based on commercial initiatives to evaluate financial impact. * Support national key customers’ contract negotiation with recommendations on investment structure, discount depth, volume targets to optimize profitability. * Work with cross functions to prepare analysis for new customer/growth opportunities by providing solid financial analysis and P&L evaluation. * Support line manager and work with key stakeholders closely to drive and implement new processes to increase the transparency of trade/outlet investment. * Responsible for exceptional Contract/PO/payment review and approval. Knowledge and Skills Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree or above * 5+ years working experience in Commercial Finance or Business Analytics fields, preferably FMCG/Retail companies. * Strong motivation, show enthusiasm, good communication skill and problem-solving skill. Comfortable working in a fast paced, changing environment. * Mastering of PPT, Excel, good analytical skills, experience with Power BI tool will be a plus. * Good command of oral and written English
