Job Responsibility: 岗位职责: 1、 根据公司战略,完善公司薪酬福利体系,及薪酬福利制度与流程,并组织实施; According to company’s strategy, improve and implement company’s remuneration and welfare system and its policies and process. 2、 研究、开发并优化薪酬管理的各种方法和工具; Research, develop and optimizing various methods and tools of C&B system. 3、 研究、分析行业内外薪酬福利水平、行业优化政策,撰写薪酬调研报告; Research and analyze the internal and external level of C&B and optimizing policies of education industry, and then write related research reports of C&B. 4、 收集外部市场薪酬水平、行业优惠政策,并与公司水平进行对比分析,定期向高级管理层报告; Collect C&B levels of the external market, industry preferential policies, comparatively analyze with the company’s level, and regularly report to senior management; 5、 根据公司岗位体系,结合外部市场,搭建岗位价值评估的方法论、并负责项目的推动和落地; According to the company post system, combined with the external market, set up a post evaluation methodology and promoting project implementation; 6、 制定年度薪资预算原则及工具,协助财务开展年度预算工作; Formulate the annual salary budget principles and tools to help finance the annual budget. 7、 负责公司人工成本分析、诊断、控制与跟进,评估和跟进薪酬模块功能的实现; Responsible for the company's labor cost analysis, diagnosis, control and follow-up, evaluation and follow-up of the realization of the function of pay module; 8、 深入了解并支持业务,提供整体薪酬解决方案,设计并实施公司薪酬架构,短期、长期激励制度与福利项目; In-depth understand and support of business, provide overall compensation solutions, design and implement corporate compensation structure, improve short-term and long-term incentive systems and welfare programs. 9、参与并配合人力资源其他模块工作,如组织设计、招聘体系设计及绩效体系设计等工作。 Participate in and cooperate with other modules of human resources, such as organizational design, recruitment system design and performance system design. Job Requirements: 岗位需求: 1、 本科或以上学历,人力资源管理/财会/数学等相关专业优先,相关教育行业优先; Bachelor degree or above, human resources management / accounting / math and other related majors is preferred, working experience in education industry is preferred; 2、8年以上大型企业薪酬福利岗位相关经验; 8 years or above experience in remuneration and welfare positions in large enterprises; 3、熟知国家相关劳动、合同法规政策,对薪酬福利方面能做出合理规划解析; Familiar with the relevant labor laws, contract laws and policies, able to make a reasonable analysis of pay and benefits; 4、对数字敏感,且逻辑性强,有极强的数据分析能力; Sensitive to numbers, logical and capable of data analysis; 5、较强的沟通表达能力及协调能力,亲和力佳,学习能力强,善于思考; Strong skills of communication and coordination, good affinity, strong learning ability, good at critical thinking; 6、了解人力资源其它模块基本运作与体系搭建,熟练掌握薪酬福利管理; Understand the basic operation of other modules of human resources and system structure, master pay and benefits management; 7、熟悉使用office办公软件,精通excel,熟悉统计学理论工具 Familiar with the use of office software, proficient in using excel, familiar with statistical theory tools.
